O R D E R

The parties in this Suit for permanent injunction restraining infringement of trademark, passing off, damages, rendition of accounts etc. were, vide order dated 4th August, 2017, referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr.K. Venkatraman, Advocate Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 26th September, 2017 purported to be signed on behalf of the plaintiffs and the defendant and their respective advocates and the Mediator has been received and the counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for the defendant support the settlement and seek decree in terms thereof. The counsels state that the duly authorized representatives of the parties are also present in Court. CS(COMM) 742/2016

I have perused the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The settlement is allowed.

The Suit is decreed in terms of Settlement Agreement which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Decree sheet be prepared.
