The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondentCustoms Authorities in not proceeding to process its import through the Bills of Entry No.6460501 dated 21.05.2018, 6675087, 6675435 and 6675908 all dated 05.06.2018. The petitioner relies upon the copies of the Bills of Entry as well as the examination report/

Panchnama to say that the continued absence of action on the part of respondent is arbitrary.

This Court has considered the materials on record and also the submissions urged in support of the proceedings and is of the opinion that the concerned Assistant Commissioner of Customs (SIIB), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi should process these Bills of Entry No.6460501 dated 21.05.2018, 6675087, 6675435 and 6675908 all dated 05.06.2018 within a week from today and pass appropriate orders.

Writ petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
