% 26.09.2016 The documents in terms of the last directions have not been placed on record by the petitioner. In the list of dates itself the petitioner had recorded that the property of the petitioner had been demolished in March, 2016.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this is an unauthorized colony and the demolition had taken place. A status report has also been filed by respondent no.1. It is stated that the petitioner himself is guilty as he has raised unauthorized construction which was also the subject matter of a suit i.e. CS No.43/2016 titled S.Gurmail Singh Vs. S. Malkit Singh & Ors. As regard the property of respondent no.2, the same is old and residentially occupied and does not reveal any construction at the site. None has appeared for the petitioner.
