O R D E R

% 08.06.2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigatiosssn.

He also undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and he will also appear before the IO as and when required and continue to cooperate in the investigation.

It appears from the record that a civil litigation is also pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gurgaon Court, Haryana, since 2015. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in case FIR No.82/2016 under Sections 408 IPC, Police Station C.R. Park, he shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer (IO) and further subject to the following conditions:- (a) that he will appear as and when directed by the IO and continue to cooperate in the investigation;

(b)that he will furnish his present address and contact number to the IO and will not shift from the said address or change the contact number, without prior intimation to the IO;

In case of violation of any of the conditions above, it will be open to the State to apply for cancellation of the bail. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
