% 28.07.2016 Notice could not be issued to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as process fee was not filed.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners are living at 125-A, Una Enclave, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi. This area falls within the jurisdiction of Police Station Pandav Nagar. SI Anuj Kumar of Police Station Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi, is present and submits that the copy of the order was forwarded to the SHO Police Station Pandav Nagar.

It is further pointed out that beat constable has already been sensitized by the SHO, Police Station Pandav Nagar inasmuch as telephone numbers of beat constable and SHO have already been

provided to the petitioners.

Petitioners are present in Court and admit that beat constables have contacted them.

They also admit that telephone numbers of SHO and beat constables have been provided to them. Learned Standing Counsel submits that safety of the petitioners should be ensured through the beat constable and in case, petitioners receives any threat from any quarters, they must ring up to the SHO concerned.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the SHO, Police Station Pandav Nagar to ensure the safety of the petitioners.
