OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 145/2018 OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 146/2018 These petitions have been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking extension of time for making of the Award. Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended.
