O R D E R

% 12.09.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the appellant submits that the award of compensation granted by the tribunal being fair and just, he is under instructions to withdraw the present appeal, his submission being that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- as already deposited may be made over to the claimant/respondent towards part satisfaction of the award, he undertaking to pay the balance by requisite deposit with the Tribunal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The statutory amount shall be passed on to the tribunal for being released to the claimant towards part satisfaction of the award, the appellant being bound by the undertaking with regard to his obligation to pay the balance.
