Vide order dated 19th September, 2017 the stay of order of eviction impugned in this petition was vacated owing to the counsel for the petitioner, after obtaining interim order, evading to argue the Revision Petition.

Today also the counsel for the petitioner was asked to argue the Revision Petition and though has started arguing the Revision Petition but after some time states that he is not prepared. 3.

Dismissed.

The counsel for the petitioner states that he will file written arguments by tomorrow i.e. 23rd September, 2017 and does not need to argue in person. 5.
