Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arbitration proceedings are underway and the respondent are not appearing in those proceedings as well.

In the given circumstances, interim orders passed on 10.06.2016 shall continue till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. This is subject to any order that may be passed by the arbitral tribunal and the respondent would be at liberty to apply to the arbitral tribunal for any variation and/ or vacation of the order dated 10.06.2016.

The petition is disposed of.
