% 06.06.2016 The chargesheet in the abovesaid matter was filed by the Investigating Officer on 9th April, 2013 in FIR No.33/2013. After the expiry of one year and five months the petitioner has filed the application under Section 319 Cr. P.C. The said application was dismissed by the impugned order dated 18th May, 2016. The detailed order has been passed by the Trial Court. The case was committed for trial on 22nd April, 2013. After framing the charge, 11 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and dicharged out of 23 witnesses while the prosecutrix has been partly examined in chief. The cross-examination was deferred as he submitted that she would only get herself further cross-examined after the disposal of her application under Section 319 Cr. P.C. Since the application has already been dismissed by passing the detailed order. There is no infirmity in the order passed by the Trial Court. Present petition is dismissed. Parties to appear before the Trial

Court for further proceedings on date fixed.
