% 04.07.2017 CM APPL. 220722017 in W.P.(C) 7873/2008 Vide the application under consideration, the petitioner seeks that the respondent be directed to accept the pay order of Rs.1,39,599/- or permit the petitioner to deposit the said amount in the court, which the petitioner has sought to give same to the deceased respondent‟s legal representative Ms. Asha Rana in terms of the order dated 08.03.2017 which has however been purportedly refused by the deceased respondent‟s legal representative Ms. Asha Rana.

Notice of the said application is directed to be issued to Ms. Asha Rana at the address mentioned in the order dated 08.03.2017 on filing of PF, speed post as well as through courier, returnable on 24th August, 2017. Copy of the order be given dasti as prayed.
