% 30.07.2018 IA No.9894/2018 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 173/2018 The petitioner has filed the present petition stating that in terms of the Award dated 12.06.2017 passed by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that had arisen between the petitioner and the respondent no.1 in relation to the contract of supply of Personnel for Ticket Vending Services at various Metro Stations awarded by the petitioner to the respondent no.1, the petitioner was to deposit with the respondent no.2 an amount of Rs.78,09,274/- along with interest @ 15% p.a. from the date of the receipt of the said amount pursuant to the encashment of the bank guarantee submitted by respondent no.1. It is contended that though the the petitioner wanted to deposit the said amount with the respondent no.2, due to lack of

details of the bank account, the said amount was not deposited. The learned counsel for respondent No.2, who appears on advance notice, submits that the said details will be provided to the counsel for the petitioner within two days and on said information being received, the petitioner may deposit the said amount with the respondent no.2. In view of the above statement, nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
