% 18.07.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the parties have resolved the matter in terms of Settlement Deed dated 26.03.2025. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has joined the proceedings via video-conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the possession of the suit premises has already been surrendered to the respondents. The respondents confirm the same.

As agreed-to in the settlement deed, the respondents have relinquished all their claims to arrears of rent and use and occupation charges. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
