No.21110/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) in CS(OS) No.3054/2012 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement dated 7th August, 2015, which is marked as 'Mark C-1', a copy whereof has been placed on record. Terms of settlement have been mentioned in para 7 (i), (ii) a & b of 'Mark C-1'. Suit is disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as contained in 'Mark C-1'.

All the other pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
