% 23.04.2015 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled in terms of the settlement agreement dated 5.3.2015 brought about through the assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. The court fee be returned as per Rules.
