% 19.10.2016 Petitioner is stated to be squatting opposite Shop No.136, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi since 1998. His apprehension is that he will be disturbed from the aforenoted site. He has filed some challans of the year 2003.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 on advance notice submits that these challans do not create any vested right in favour of the petitioner. He admits that Town Vending Committee (TVC) of respondent no.1 has since been constituted. Be that as it may, since the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of respondent no.1 has been constituted. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the said TVC to get addressed his grievances, if any.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
