CRL.M.C. 2488/2016 and Crl. M.A. No. 10699/2016 (Stay) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had undergone a major surgery in one of the legs due to which his movements are restricted. The petitioner will approach the learned Trial Court and place the necessary documents on record in this regard. The learned Trial Court will consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically for grant of exemption.
With these observations, the petition and the application are dismissed.
