% 27.07.2018 The petitioner as well as her daughter Rachna are present in court. The status report has also been filed on record. We have perused the same. We have interacted with the petitioner as well as Rachna in chamber. We have counselled Rachna that she should not leave her parental home and that too without informing her parents. She has given an assurance that she shall not leave her parental home and certainly not leave it without informing the petitioner and her father. The petitioner has also given an assurance that she shall not scold her daughter and that too in public.

Since the petitioner's daughter Rachna has been returned to her parental home, this petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
