% 11.07.2016 Issue notice. Counsel for the State accepts notice. She has tendered in court the status report, which is taken on record. This petition has been preferred to seek quashing of FIR No.512/2015 under section 420, 448, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 IPC registered at PS Khanjhawala, Delhi. The petition is premised on a compromise deed dated 27.05.2016 arrived at between Joginder Singh, the complainant, who is respondent no.2 and Praveen Kumar, petitioner no.1 and Ram Kumar, petitioner no.3. Petitioner no.2 is the mother of petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.4 is the wife of petitioner no.3.

In a nutshell, the complaint of the complainant/ respondent no.2 was that, inter alia, the petitioners had sought to grab his property by fabricating documents. The complaint was directed against the present petitioners and three others, namely, Meher Singh, accused no.1; Birju, accused no.6 and Anoj, accused no.7. The aforesaid three accused are not party to the compromise deed. Learned APP informs that two of the accused, namely, Ram Kumar and Praveen Kumar are absconding and proceedings under Section 82 and 83 Cr PC have been initiated.

The complainant Joginder Singh is present in court with his counsel. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has produced the Aadhar card of Joginder Singh as proof of his identity, a copy whereof is retained on record. Joginder Singh states that since he has compromised his disputes, he does not wish to pursue his complaint against any of the accused including the four petitioners, subject to compliance of all the terms and conditions contained in the compromise deed placed on record dated 27.05.2016 by all the accused. The petition is supported by the affidavits of the petitioners as well as respondent no.2/ complainant. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.512/2015 stands quashed, subject to deposit of Rs.20,000/- with the Delhi Legal Services Authority within four weeks. The receipt of costs be deposited with the I.O.
