W.P.(C) 6577/2016 The claim of the petitioner in this petition is for release of service benefits. The deceased employee was working in DTC. The DTC has been notified under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, as such the Central Administrative Tribunal would have the jurisdiction to entertain the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Central Administrative Tribunal. With liberty as prayed for, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
