1. An affidavit has been filed by the Petitioner through its Director, undertaking to repay Rs. 70,00,000 within a period of six months in equal monthly instalments to the Respondents.

2. It has been undertaken that the monthly instalment will be paid on 15th of every month and the first instalment would commence on 15th December 2016. Pursuant thereto the first instalment which fell on 15th December 2016 has been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent today in the Court by way of three demand drafts.

3. The petition is disposed of, binding the Petitioner to the above undertaking. If there is any breach of the said undertaking, it will be open to
