O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks further time to deposit the balance amount in terms of the judgment dated 15th September, 2016. In the interest of justice, further three weeks' time is granted to the appellant to deposit the balance award amount.

The appellant has deposited Rs.26 lakh with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 10th August, 2016. 3.

The Registrar General of this Court is directed to instruct UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to release 10% of the amount to respondent by transferring the said amount to his individual savings bank account. The balance 90% amount be kept in 10 FDRs of equal amount for the period of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, 6 years, 7 years, 8 years, 9 years and 10 years.

Upon deposit of balance award amount by the appellant with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch the amount shall be kept in 10 FDRs of equal amount in the name of respondent for the period of 11⁄2 years, 21⁄2

years, 31⁄2 years, 41⁄2 years, 51⁄2 years, 61⁄2 years, 71⁄2 years, 81⁄2 years, 91⁄2 years and 101⁄2 years.

Monthly interest on the FDRs of respondent shall be credited in his individual savings bank account.

At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be credited in the individual savings bank account of the beneficiary. 7.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the claimant/respondent.

No cheque book or debit card be issued to the claimant/respondent without permission of this Court.

9.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

10.

The claimant/respondent shall approach the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch for completing the formalities for the disbursement of the award amount in terms of this order.

11.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall ensure that the savings bank account of respondent is individual account and not joint account. 12.

The claimant/respondent is at liberty to approach this Court for release of further amount in case of any financial exigency. 13.

This appeal has already been disposed of on 15th September, 2016 and need not be listed again.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
