Learned counsel for the appellant seeks further time to deposit the balance award amount in terms of the judgment dated 15th September, 2016. In the interest of justice, further three weeks' time is granted to the appellant to deposit the balance award amount.

With respect to Rs.15 lakh deposited by the appellant with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 10th August, 2016, the Registrar General is directed to instruct UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to issue FDRs for Rs.14 lakh in the name of respondents No.1 to 4 in the following manner: - Sr.

The balance amount after keeping Rs.14 lakh in FDR be released to respondents No.1, 4 and 5 in equal shares by transferring the same to their individual savings bank accounts.

Upon deposit of the balance award amount by the appellant with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, the bank shall release Rs.50,000/- each to respondents No.1 and 4 by transferring the said amount to their savings bank accounts and the balance amount shall be kept in 5 FDRs of equal amount in the name of respondent No.1 for the period of 11⁄2 year, 21⁄2 years, 31⁄2 years, 41⁄2 years and 51⁄2 years.

Monthly interest on the FDRs of respondents No.1, 3 and 4 shall be credited in their individual savings bank accounts. However, the monthly interest on the FDRs of respondent No.2 shall be credited in the individual savings bank account of respondent No.1.

At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be credited in the savings bank accounts of the beneficiaries. 7.
All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the claimants/respondents.

No cheque book or debit card be issued to the claimants/respondents without the permission of this Court.
9.
No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
10.
The claimants/respondents shall approach the UCO Bank for completing the formalities for the disbursement of the award amount in terms of this order.
11.
UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall ensure that the savings accounts of respondents are individual accounts and not joint accounts. 12.
The claimants/respondents are at liberty to approach this Court for release of further amount in case of any financial exigency. 13.
The appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. 14.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
