% 31.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, in view of the subsequent development, as the suit filed by Delhi Multi Story Building Employee Congress has been rejected under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908.

Counsel for the petitioner states that they would be making a representation to the first respondent. He submits in case and if required, the petitioner may file a fresh writ petition. Liberty may be granted. Recording the statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. CM No. 29071/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn as infructuous.
