O R D E R

% 25.02.2019 The parties have arrived at a settlement during mediation vide settlement agreement dated 10.01.2019, which is taken on record. The same was signed by the parties and their respective counsels as well as the learned Mediator. The appellants are present in the court. They state that they have arrived at a settlement. As per the settlement, the parties have agreed to permit the second party namely, Jasram to withdraw the application filed by him under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC and to seek recall of the order passed by the ACJ on 03.03.2015. The second party has also agreed to withdraw suit bearing No. CS/ADJ/517714/2016 (formerly CS (OS) No. 2902/2011) which is presently pending in the court of Mr. Tarun Yogesh, ADJ, Dwarka. The settlement appears to be reasonable. The same is therefore, accepted.

It shall continue to bind the parties and they shall proceed to

comply with it, without any delay.
