This petition has been filed by State assailing the order dated 04th October, 2016 by which the revision petition has been allowed by ASJ, filed against the order for framing of charge under Section 304A of IPC. 2.

This relates to an incident on 01st December, 2010, when deceased suffered an electric shock while doing construction work in the lawyer's chamber of the respondent.

Charge sheet was filed against the respondent along with co- accused Raju Anuragi, who was the contractor, under whose supervision the work had been done.

The Revisionist Court found that there was no relationship between the respondent and worker and the contractor had been contracted for the said work.

Accordingly, the Court held that there was no evidence stating that there was any rash and negligent act, attributed to the respondent, by which the death of the deceased had been caused.

Having perused the order and the documents on record, this Court does not find any infirmity or illegality in the said order. 7.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
