O R D E R

% 22.10.2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek the following reliefs:

"(a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature thereof, thereby declaring the entire acquisition proceedings in respect of the land comprised in Khasra No.398/165-166/2-3 measuring 2 Bighas, situated in village Adhchini, Tehsil Hauz Khas, New Delhi, initiated vide notification No.F.15(III)/59-LSG dated 13.11.1959 issued under Section 4, notification bearing No.F.4(2)/62-L&H dated 04.04.1963 issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and Award No. 1639 made on

23.09.1963 and all subsequent proceedings, to have lapsed, in view of section 24 (2) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act. 2013, with respect to the said land of the Petitioners; and (b) pass any further order/s that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh explaining the delay and latches.
