The application stands disposed off.

W.P.(CRL) 1949/2018 Issue notice. Ms. Nandita Rao accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. She states upon instructions that the factum of age and marriage of the petitioners has been verified. They have been supplied with telephone numbers of two police officers including one lady police officer.

These numbers shall be kept operational always. This will facilitate the petitioners to intimate the local Police in case of any exigency. She assures the Court that any information of distress or otherwise shall be promptly attended to. Additionally, the Beat Constable of the area shall constantly enquire about the safety and security of the petitioners on a daily basis. The SHO, P.S. New Usman Pur shall look into the matter and shall ensure safety and security of the petitioners.

No further orders are required in the matter. The petition is disposed off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
