By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.932/2014 under Sections 323/324/308/34 IPC registered at PS Ambedkar Nagar on the ground of settlement.

Petitioner has impleaded Bittoo who was the complainant in the FIR, however as per the FIR besides Bittoo there are two more injured who have not been impleaded as parties. In case the other injured have not settled the matter with the petitioner, the FIR cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise merely between the petitioner and the complainant who is one of the injured only.
