Learned counsel on behalf of the Appellants, submits that there were four Claim Petitions filed arising out the same accident dated 20.06.2014, which had been decided by the Common Award dated 02.05.2018. The other four connected Appeals bearing No. MAC. APP. 617/2018, MAC. APP. 619/2018, MAC APP. 624/2018 & MAC APPL. 625/2018, have already been remanded for leading additional evidence in regard to prove the negligence of the offending vehicle vide Order dated 26.02.2024. 2.

The present Appeal pertains to the same accident and is also remanded back for additional evidence to establish the negligence as has been directed in the connected Appeals vide Order dated 26.02.2024. 3.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Tribunal on 08.11.2024.
