% 06.07.2018 Vide the present transfer petition, the applicant seeks the transfer of the proceedings in relation to RCT 15/18 presently pending before the District & Sessions Judge East, KKD Courts, Delhi i.e., RCT of the East District submitting to the effect that vide order dated 06.06.2018 of the District & Sessions Judge, East itself, it has been observed to the effect that the tenanted premises in question are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of the District, Shahdara and that the appeal be thus placed before this Court for appropriate orders. On a perusal of the averments in the petition which indicates that the said property is situated at A-4/4, Main Road, Krishna Nagar, Delhi qua which submissions are made to the effect that the said property falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara and as also observed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, East, the proceedings in relation to RCT 15/18 are withdrawn from the RCT East, i.e., from the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, East and assigned to the

learned RCT Shahdara where the records of RCT 15/18 be placed for the date 16.07.2018 at 2.30 PM.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master, as prayed.
