% 17.11.2017 The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27.09.2017. The Settlement Agreement is signed by Mr.Vivek Bajaj, the petitioner and is also signed by the Directors of the respondent, namely, Mohd.Yaqub Khan, Mr.Parvez Alam and Mr.Afzal Ahmed. It is also signed by the employee of the respondent, namely, Pankaj Sharma. Learned counsel for the respondent has also signed the Agreement. It is also signed by the learned Amicus Curiae appointed by this court. Learned Mediator has also signed the settlement. I accordingly bind the parties to the Settlement Agreement which is legal and valid.

The petition is disposed of.

Parties will ensure that they will comply with the terms and conditions of the Settlement. In case there is any breach of the terms and conditions of the settlement, liberty is granted to the parties to take steps as per law.
