% 05.12.2018 Pursuant to order dated 18.07.2018, the Director of Education sent a communication dated 19.9.2018 to the Manager DPS, Mathura Road, New Delhi and sought some documents/information which are necessary to take decision on representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2018. It is stated by counsel for the respondent that till date, no documents/information has been received from the petitioner's school. The same fact has been disputed by counsel for the petitioner and he submits that the documents/information have already been provided. However, he submits that if the respondent has not received it, another copy of the same shall be supplied within three days from today. On receipt of the documents/ information from the petitioner, the

respondent is directed to take decision on the representation dated 09.03.2018 within four weeks. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
