% 26.07.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent points out that this Court vide order dated 26.04.2018 in Co. Pet. No. 698/2015 titled SBI Capital Markets Ltd. Vs. Aravali Infrapower Ltd. has already appointed the Official Liquidator as the Liquidator. Nothing further survives in these petitions.

The petitioners are at liberty to file their claims before the Official Liquidator as per law.
