% 12.04.2017 The Official Liquidator attached to this court has already been appointed as provisional liquidator for the respondent company, by way of order dated 23.4.2015 in Co. Pet. No.595/2013 filed against the respondent company, by Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. It is in this view of the matter that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present company petition with liberty to institute claims before the Official Liquidator, as and when the latter invites the same.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present company petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
