The Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has filed a Settlement Agreement dated July 19, 2017 with two annexures. The same is taken on record. I take on record, the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.1 that their respective client shall be bound by the terms of the Agreement. Learned counsel for the parties state, the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said Settlement. The petition is disposed of in terms of Settlement dated July 19, 2017.
