% 06.07.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant as well as the State submit that some of the directions given in the impugned order may not be practicable and can lead to difficulty. We clarify that the impugned order would not be treated as the Mandamus issued to the respondent. After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that he has already filed a separate writ petition challenging the parole and furlough guidelines. Taking the statement on record and with the aforesaid observations, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
