1. Mr. Rajeev Mehra, learned senior counsel for Respondent No. 1 states on instructions that during the pendency of the Petitioner's application SA No. 2315/2014 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Respondent No. 1 will not take any coercive measures to disturb the status quo with regard to the possession of the property in question, i.e. No. 392, Deepali, Pitampura, Delhi, 110034.

2. In view of the above statement, it is directed that the order dated 2nd August, 2016 by which this Court had directed status quo to be maintained both by the present Petitioner as well as the Respondents in respect of the aforementioned property will continue till the disposal of the Petitioner's

aforementioned application by the DRT. No further directions are called for in this writ petition.

3. All contentions made in this petition are left open to be raised before the DRT in accordance with the law. The DRT is requested to dispose of the aforementioned application as expeditiously as possible. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
