% 09.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was running an employment agency. He was registered with the Department of Labour. As per the ossification report, age of Meenu has been opined between 17 to 20 years. It is submitted that Sangeeta Kumari was not even employed by the petitioner. she has stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she had come to Delhi on 28th October, 2017 along with one Sardar. Nothing had happened with her and she wanted to go back to her home. Petitioner is in custody for the last six months.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
