% 23.03.2016 CS(OS) 2045/2013 Learned counsel for parties have jointly submitted that mediation proceedings between the parties in connected consolidated suit CS(OS) 3516/2012 have failed and that the said matter has already been transferred vide order dated 18.01.2016 of concerned learned Joint Registrar to the court of Ld. District Judge, South District, Saket Court Complex for 25.04.2016 and have accordingly requested that the present connected matter may also be transferred to the said court for the said date.

In view of the same and in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 25.04.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
