% 08.03.2016 CM No.8393/2016 The petitioner has filed this application under Sections 151 and 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure for recalling of the order dated 15th July, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent present in Court on advance copy submits that there is no clerical or arithmetical error or any accidental slip or omission in the order dated 15th July, 2015 and, therefore, invocation of Section 152 of Code of Civil Procedure is not warranted in this matter. Learned counsel for respondent further submits that petitioner has preferred Contempt Appeal No.10/2015 which was dismissed on 02nd February, 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner also preferred LPA No.97/2016 which has also been dismissed by the Division Bench on 12th February, 2016.

This application is not maintainable under Sections 151 and 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure and is, therefore, dismissed. J.R. MIDHA, J.
