% 09.07.2018 The case has been listed on Office Note. In his order dated 05.06.2018 the learned District Judge, South West District Courts, Delhi had noted that in the present case "The accused in this case has been charged u/s. 376 (2) (n) IPC. Such kind of cases are being tried by Special Fast Track Courts. There is only one Special Fast Track Court in South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi. Since this case has to be tried by Special Fast Track Court, the file be put up before the Ld. Registrar General, High Court of Delhi for assigning the case to some other court of competent jurisdiction".

The Note also refers to the Minutes of the Administration and Special Supervision Committee of this Court dated 16.10.2017, whereby an order of transfer is to be passed by the Roster Bench of this Court.

There is only one Fast Track Court in South West District, Dwarka Courts to try the said case. The learned Judge of the said Court has recused from the case. Therefore, the case will have to be heard by another Fast Track Court of competent jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the case is transferred to the Fast Track Court, New Delhi District at Patiala House Courts, where the parties shall appear on 12.07.2018.
