% 10.07.2018 Issue notice. The learned counsel for the State accepts notice and states that the matter will be looked into and the petitioner will be informed within two weeks from today apropos the steps taken. The petitioner will interact with the Investigating Officer at Police Station-Geeta Colony. He will also be provided telephone numbers of two policemen. These telephone numbers shall be kept operational at all times, so as to facilitate the petitioner to intimate the police in case of any exigency. The Court is assured that any information of distress or otherwise from the petitioner, shall be promptly attended to. Additionally, the Beat Constable of the area shall regularly enquire about the safety and security of the petitioner on a daily basis for a month. The SHO of the area shall look into the matter and shall ensure safety and security of the petitioner.

No further orders are required at this stage. The petition is disposed-off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
