1. A status report dated 13th August 2018 has been filed by the Station House Officer of PS Sector 23, Dwarka in which inter alia reference is made to the fact that there are two FIRs registered at PS Sector 23, Dwarka involving one Akshay Dagar @ Shakti. In FIR No.125/2018 dated 2nd May 2018 under Section 302/120B IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act, he has been declared a Proclaimed Offender by the learned ACMM, Dwarka and raids have been conducted at his suspected hideouts. However, no clues have been found. Akshay Dagar is also wanted in FIR No.205/2015 dated 10th June 2015 under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

2. As far as Pooja, the wife of the Petitioner who has been missing from her

house since 15th May 2018, the status report refers to two friends of Pooja, viz. Rupali and Sudha Dubey, to whom Pooja is supposed to have confided that she is having an affair with Akshay Dagar. The status report also refers to Pradeep, the brother of Pooja, disclosing that on 13th August 2018, he received a call from her stating inter alia that she is fine and living in Delhi. She, however, failed to disclose her exact location.

3. In view of the above developments, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he does not wish to press the relief sought in the present petition and that the Petitioner shall seek other remedies available to him in accordance with law.

4. The petition is dismissed.
