% 24.08.2016 CS(OS) 2735/2014 Case file taken up today pursuant to office noting as the same has been received back pursuant to order dated 08.08.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the present matter does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Court.

After ascertaining from various sources, it is revealed that Karkardooma Area falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 19.02.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, is modified.

Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 15.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
