% 30.08.2018 The disputes between the parties have been settled in suit being CS (OS) 1476/2014. The terms of the settlement have been recorded in the said suit vide settlement agreement dated 1st May, 2018 by the Ld. Mediator. This Court has already passed order dated 24th August, 2018 in CS (OS) 1476 of 2014, taking the Settlement Agreement on record and binding the parties to the terms of the same. The said order dated 24th August, 2018 read with Settlement Agreement dated 1st May, 2018 shall bind the parties in these proceedings as well.
