% 16.12.2016 After arguments, this petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to urge all defences of facts and law in responses to the memos, and if the school/respondent nos. 2 to 4 take any action against the petitioners, that action will be taken in accordance with the Delhi School Education Act and Rules framed thereunder as also the applicable circulars, guidelines etc of the Director of Education, and if the petitioners are in any manner aggrieved on passing of any adverse orders against the petitioners, petitioners at that stage can file appropriate independent proceedings in accordance with law.
