She states that she has received the entire amount in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.12.2014 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In the circumstances, she seeks to withdraw the present suit. The present suit along with pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. The registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of 50% of the court fee.
