I have perused the file. Defendant nos. 1 and 2 are residence of Greater Kailash, Part-I, Delhi which falls in South-East District. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 19th July, 2016 for further directions.
