Petitioner seeks early hearing of the contempt petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, request for early hearing is allowed and the date stands preponed. The matter is taken today itself. The next date stands cancelled.

When the contempt petition was considered by this Court on 01.05.2024, noticing that there was scope of amicable settlement, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and it has now been informed that matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Settlement agreement dated 28.02.2025 is also on record, which has been received from the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. 5.

divorce by mutual consent as well as other aspects related to custody, visitation and maintenance.

Parties have also, in terms of the aforesaid agreement, agreed to withdraw the pending cases/complaints relating to their matrimonial relationship.

It is in aforesaid factual backdrop that the aforesaid application has been moved and it has been prayed that date may be preponed and petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition in view of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 28.02.2025.

Learned counsel for respondent has joined the proceedings through videoconferencing and also submits that matter may be accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement.

In view of the aforesaid settlement agreement and the statement made today by learned counsel for petitioner, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

All the pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
